The Founder of the company is Gavin Ellis who was a Commercial Banker for 35 years. His last banking role was as Executive Head of Client Acquisition for the Business Banking Division of Absa Bank and Barclays Africa Group. There are an additional 15 Associates, all of whom are ex-Senior Bankers, professionally qualified in key areas of bank finances
